I still can't figure out the anger about MT pricing? Do people not realize you can still get it free for non-commercial use, with mutliple authors and multiple blogs. I guess the price just seems to high for some people. Staying on MT 2.6* doesn't seem so bad though.
I suppose someone will write another CMS in response. How about GPL this time?

If you noticed wierd duplicate entries, and stuff moving around it was due to some bad bdb files. I switched to a database back-end now and it all seems to have been worked out in the transition.
MT 3.0 is coming out soon. It seems like it comes with some price increases for commercial users. Seems to generate a lot of issue for some people. I like MT because I like Perl, the templates are easy to work with, and the admin interface is painless. Additionally, some of the php based cms software has extraordinary numbers of wee icons. I hate that. So MT for now.
