Sublimity of the Week: December 2006 Archives

I was late getting to the airport yesterday. I was so late that the gate had been closed and the person behind the desk had to call people to see if it was still possible to get on board. The helpful Sun Country counter person managed to not only get me on board the plane but gave me a nice exit row seat. She handed me my boarding pass, wished me luck at getting through security and added "Now don't be embarrassed about running in the airport, just do it."
